Life Centre supports global workers and ministries that are reaching to the ends of the earth. This is a page to share regular prayer requests from them.
Due to the sensitive nature of where they are working, we will refer to them only by initials.

  • BSS Ministry in India:
    • Please pray for their numerous outreach programs, camps, and training meetings. Pray that God’s will would be done and they get the desired results from each of them.
    • Pray for the women’s outreach meetings, which will be running in mid-March, in several different places. Pray that God would touch the lives of the women coming, particularly that those who are not following Jesus would surrender their lives to Him.
    • Please pray for Pastor V. and their family as they look to construct their own house. They have run into numerous challenges with renting, and are praying for finances and everything needed to build their own house. Also please pray that until they are able to build that they would have access to a good rental house.
    • Pray for Pastor V’s health, as he has not been well for the last number of months. Pray for complete healing, and that God would bless them with sustained health so that they may be able to lead and do what God has called them to do.
    • A governing authority is planning to pass an anti-conversion bill, which would adversely affect not only BSS, but all ministries currently operating in the state. Please pray that this bill would not pass, and that God’s Church would thrive even in the face of persecution.
    • Persecution against Christians continues to rise. Please pray for our brothers and sisters to remain faithful to Jesus and not give up.
    • Please pray for BSS as they are looking for land to construct new church buildings in places where they have grown up to 50-60 believers. Please pray that God opens the right doors, provides every financial need, and that they would be able to complete the process without any opposition.
    • BSS is looking for good caretakers for their training centres. Please pray that God would bring the right people to them, and that God would help them to maintain and develop these training centres as a continued asset in their ministry work.
    • They are starting small-businesses to help raise support for the pastors of small and newly planted churches. Please pray for these businesses to thrive and be a light in their communities.
    • BSS had to stop a few follow-up training meetings at the end of 2024 due to various reasons. Pray that God would allow these trainings to resume and continue to move forward.
    • Pastor V. is facing court cases due to land purchased many years ago. Please pray that God would shine a light onto the truth and that the false allegations would be nullified.
    • Please pray that God would lead and guide all of the ministries of BSS throughout 2025. Pray that God’s will for them would be revealed and that they would follow Him faithfully all year long.
  • M&S Ministry in Asia:
    • Wisdom with the direction of their English class. They want to teach well and what the children need, but just need to ensure they are going in the correct direction.
    • Wisdom about starting a new class in a village 10 minutes away from them. They have kids riding bikes for 45 minutes to come to class!
    • Wisdom as they continue to work with university students. Looking for ways to engage and encourage them.
    • Launching an eye glasses program for various communities. They already have done one community and just need to work out the best way to get glasses to them that is cost effective.
    • Wisdom as they work with Chinese students. They are a great group of kids and they have loved seeing them grow in their English skills.
    • Pray that the Canadian dollar will become stronger. Due to the weak dollar, they are looking at needing to do some long distance fundraising (which can be difficult to do).
    • Pray for the health of both of them.
    • Healing for S’s knee. They have needed to use crutches the last couple of weeks due to a flare up from an old injury.
  • RAN Network
    • Please pray for labourers who would go and share the Gospel in the places where Jesus is not yet known. Luke 10:2.
    • G. is headed to an area of Asia next week for leadership meetings. Please pray for their travel, as well as wisdom in these meetings.
    • Please pray that God would call people to join “Global Exploratory Trips” (details found at give.paoc.org/blogs/global-exploratory-trips). Pray that people here in Canada would be willing to pray about their future and consider if God is calling them to serve in overseas contexts.
    • Some RAN personnel are currently facing visa issues. Please pray for favour for them.
    • One RAN couple (H. and S.) have received their visa and completed their support raising to go to a challenging part of southern Asia. They will be leaving in the next couple of weeks. Please pray for them, for effective entry into a troubled location, and for the success of their ministry.
